The system uses RS485 intelligent networking with unified back-end zoned scheduling of all lighting equipment across workshops, outdoor roads, parking lots, and storage areas. Equipped with PIR infrared and motion-sensing linkage, luminaires automatically drop to low-power standby when workstations are unoccupied and instantly restore rated brightness when personnel enter; outdoor roads auto switch on/off based on daylight levels. The back end automatically generates monthly energy reports, luminaire fault locations, and on/off log data — eliminating manual lamp-by-lamp inspection for damaged fixtures. Compatible with three-shift production schedules, it supports customizable lighting scenes for workdays, holidays, and night shifts, dramatically reducing electricity costs and manual O&M expenses while meeting the high-standard lighting requirements of industrial production.
